How does cold fogging work?

This allows the working solution to be distributed throughout the space by the airflow. ULV models producing droplets of 4–10 μm create a very fine mist that remains suspended in the air for longer. With larger droplets of 16–20 μm, deposition on surfaces is more controlled.

For large areas, coverage and uniform distribution of the fog become particularly important.

FAN FOGGER is a solution for areas of up to 5 decares. Three ULV nozzles produce droplets measuring 4–10 μm, while the powerful fan helps distribute them over a distance of 50–70 metres.

The fan speed can be adjusted according to the specific space, while the individual nozzles can be controlled depending on the task. A system for continuous mixing of the tank contents is also available.

Do you need an autonomous machine?

In that case, TURBO FOGGER offers an important practical advantage – its own electric blower.

The machine operates without an external compressor and is designed for areas of up to 1–1.2 decares. Droplet size is 16–20 μm, while the spraying range reaches 50–70 metres. It is available with 130- and 200-litre tanks.

The larger droplet size supports faster and more controlled wetting of surfaces, which also defines the different application profile of this model.

Are you treating a smaller area?

For greenhouses and other spaces of up to 0.5 decares, UNIDOZ offers the compact TURBO FOGGER 50 L.

The machine has a 50-litre tank, one or two nozzles and a maximum spraying range of up to 15 metres. The generated droplets measure 20–25 μm.

This allows the equipment capacity to be matched to the actual size of the facility.

What if you need to reach higher areas?

In greenhouses and livestock buildings, there is another important dimension – height.
